Cozy Bear is fully automated, which enables us to provide you with an on-going report of your income, expenses, etc.

The fee Cozy Bear retains for management includes the opening, closing, cleaning, credit card fees, etc. The only additional fee would be an occasional snowplow or appliance repair/replacement, but only when needed at the best prices we can obtain.
