Cozy Bear Resort Rentals is Big Bear's newest individually owned and operated residential and vacation rental and property management company on the mountain. Our personalized service is the best, with the most up-to-date computerized, fully integrated property management system available.

Our office is open 7 days a week with 24 hour emergency monitoring.

GUEST SERVICES
We offer private homes, cabins, and condos throughout the Big Bear Valley. All have full kitchens and fireplaces, up to four bedrooms, and can accommodate as many as 12 guests.

Cozy Bear will add any little amenity or service that a guest could want. If, upon arrival, you remember something you have overlooked, give us a call and we can secure it and provide for your stay just the way you want it.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Vacation Rentals: Cozy Bear Resort Rentals is broker operated with a highly trained staff to cater to every need of the homeowner and guest. We outsource to a highly trained staff of cleaning personnel that will help keep your property in the excellent condition it was in when it was first listed with the rental program. We also outsource to a team of talented handymen and licensed contractors for any major or minor problem that may occur, all of whom we have worked with for many years.

Residential Rentals: Cozy Bear Resort Rentals' expert staff have combined years of experience in single family and commercial leasing. Our property managers are licensed California real estate professionals, offering an added level of expertise that some rental companies cannot offer. In addition, we personally show all properties to prospective tenants. We never just "check out" keys. Our application process is thorough and extensive; we pull credit checks from the three major credit bureaus. To further secure our homewowners' investment, we provide 24-hour emergency on-call service to owners and tenants.
